One preserve operation with its own schedule, records and team permissions. The hunting fields within that location are included; the subscription is not priced per field.
$995 one-time onboarding
We review your preserve setup, configuration, existing records and training needs before you start. Discuss migration scope during your demo so the starting plan is clear.
The preserve workflow
Day, week and month scheduling; customer roster and packages; office and guide access; bird and harvest records; payment tracking; reporting; branding; and browser access across supported devices.
Connected services
Preserves connect their own Stripe and Twilio services. Payment processing and messaging provider fees are separate. Provider approval, configuration and consent requirements apply.
Multiple preserve locations
Separately managed properties use separate workspaces with their own records and permissions. Your account can access the locations assigned to you. We will review the setup together.
See the fit before you start
Request a personal walkthrough and bring your package list, fields and office workflow. We’ll discuss how BirdDog Book fits your operation without inventing a one-size-fits-all migration promise.
Questions preserve owners ask
Is pricing per field or per preserve location?
Per preserve location. Individual fields within that operation are included. Separately managed locations have their own workspaces.
Does adding package credit charge a customer’s card?
No. Package top-ups record money already received and increase the existing allowance. Online hunt payment links use the connected preserve Stripe account.
Built from decades of preserve experience.
